What you'll do Join Dr Jo for an interactive livestream journey through the human body, where you and your students will discover how our brains control—and can be tricked by—our interactions with the world around us. You’ll explore some oddities relating to our vision and hearing and glimpse how our brains process information. You’ll also learn how we can trick our senses, find out some of the things that make us unique individuals, and investigate some weird and wonderful things about our muscles and tendons. Who can come This exciting event is designed for primary school teachers to use as a livestream session in the classroom with Primary 3–6 students. Also fun to try from home to inspire the young scientists in your family. Jo Montgomery擁有神經生物學博士學位及英國教師資格，二十餘年來致力於啟發各年齡層學習者的科學興趣。她專長於設計生動有趣的互動科學工作坊，曾榮獲英國皇家化學學會教育卓越獎。目前她同時擔任教育顧問，為英國及國際教育工作者提供專業培訓。



Dr Jo Montgomery is a passionate science educator with more than 20 years’ experience inspiring curiosity in children and grown-ups. With a PhD in neurobiology and as a qualified teacher in UK, Jo specialises in delivering fun, hands-on science workshops and shows that bring learning to life. A recipient of the Royal Society of Chemistry Excellence in Education Prize, Jo also works with educators across the UK and internationally as a trainer and educational consultant.
